HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

So I am sitting here at 6:45am on Thanksgiving morning wondering what I can do. My cousin posted something on her blog 101 things you may or may not know about me so I thought I would do that same thing. I am wondering how long this is going to take. I dont even know if I know 101 things about myself. So here it goes......

1. I am the only girl on my dad's side of the family thats not step meaning only daughter, granddaughter, and niece.

2. I was born on my mom's 17th birthday which was April 14, 1986.

3. On my mom's side of the family all the girls for as far back as I know have the middle name Jene but one (I stole this from FE FE)

4. I have been married for 2 1/2 years.

5. My husband was my oldest brother's mission companion.

6.I have had two miscarriages.

7. I broke my rist when I was about 9 years old.

8. When I was 6 years I thought I was cool and rode my bike with no hands and kissed the rode.

9. I moved to Arizona was I was in the 6th grade.

10. I have known my best friend 22 years now.

11. I use to share a room with 3 all three of my brothers.

12. I own my own house.

13. I finally quit WAMU after 4 years and now working at Rio Salado College.

14. My family symbol is Cactus (if you dont know what that is give me a call)

15. Every Labor Day weekend my family goes to Lake Powell.

16. My Aunt's Funeral was on my 21st birthday.

17. My brother left for a two year mission on my 18th birthday.

18. I love to go shooting.

19. I have lived in Arizona for 10 years and never been to the Grand Canyon.

20. I lived in Utah for 12 years and finally went skiing for the first time last year.

21. I hate lighting storms.

22. When I was 8 my house got struck by lighting.

23. Someone stepped on my shoe lace and I fell into a wooden door and my nose was really swallowen.

24. I moved out of my parent's house when I was 18.

25.I have three nieces and either a niece or nephew on the way.

26. I have been white river rafting.

27. I have been to Tennesse.

28. I have been to alot of different states. To many to count.

29. I love the movie Twilight.

30. When I was born I was a Chinese baby.

31. My favorite memory as a kid was Santa Party at grandma's.

32. I use to collect Porcelain Dolls.

33. I was a dancer for 14 years.

34. My brother and I are starting his photography business.

35. I want to be a wedding planner when I grow up.

36. All my toes are the same size but my pinky toe.

37. I was a cheerleader in 8th grade.

38. I won Dancing Queen twice.

39. I love Musicals.

40. I have seen Wicked the play.

41. I hate to read.

42. I use to have slippers that were ducks and frogs.

43. I love my internet.

44. My church choir is going to record a CD.

45. I dont know how to read music so I have to listen to other peoples' voices and carry the tune.

46. I know sign language.

47. I bite my nails when I dont have my fake ones on.

48. I was in advance math.

49. I bake better than I cook.

50. I hate shopping for clothes.

51. My two year degree is still not done it has taken me 5 years to get.

52. I hate my feet being touched.

54. Every Thankgiving I make pies thanks for my daddy teaching me.

55. I am always cold even when its 115 outside.

56. My husband works the night shift so I sleep all alone at home.

57. I dont watch that much TV.

58. My husband and I like to travel alone.

61. My family was sealed in the Salt Lake Temple 7 years ago.

62. I am finally enjoying school classes that I am taking this semester.

64. When I was younger we use to camp in my grandma's backyard.

79. I have had way to many hard challenges in my life but some how gotten through them.

101. I FINALLY FINISHED THIS AFTER AN HOUR.

LOVED IT!!!

Well today was my first day at work at my new job. I am now working for Rio Salado College in their financial aid department, and I LOVED IT!! It was so nice to have something to do the whole 8 hours of work time and not sit there twiddling my thumbs wondering when the next customer was going to walk through the door. I pretty much push papers and make sure that all the files are done correctly by the students so they can get their financial aid. As of right now that is pretty easy and I think it will stay easy. Alot of people are telling me that once the students get up in your face because they want their money thats when the fun begins. I just tell them how WAMU is set up meaning there are no teller towers so the customer is up in your face the whole time so I am use to that. At least here at the school I have a counter blocking me. I told them I am not afraid to get up in their face and tell them its not my fault they cant fill out their paper work correctly to get their money. Everyone just laughed. It will be interesting once I get to that step.

I want to thank everyone for their prayers and support during this time. I know without them I would have had a hard time finding this job as soon as I did. I will make sure I keep everyone posted.

TWILIGHT AMAZING!!

So last night my mom and and I went to see the Twilight movie. I thought it was Amazing. I know I have heard people say different things about it, but I loved it. I liked how it cut out some unneccessary parts from the book other wise I think the movie would have been alot longer than 2 hours. I thought the characters that played Bella and Edward did a wonderful job. When I saw Bella's character that is how I pictured her in the book. The guy that played Edward you can say HOTTY!!! The only thing I didnt like about the movie is the color of the vampires skin. I thought they could have done a better job with the white look to their face. You really could tell that they were just wearing white make up. Other than that I loved it. I cant wait to go see it again and for the next movies to come out. If anyone needs someone to go with to see the movie let me know I will be your date. :)

GOT THE JOB!!!

So yesterday I had an "interview" with Rio Salado College. I put interview in quotes because it really wasnt an interview. I walked in at 10am and the next thing I knew I was walking about 10 mins later with a new job. When I came in the lady was like when can you start and I told her I could start on Monday. So today (Friday) I came into the bank and I told my management team that my last day will be tomorrow (Saturday). I am so excited I will write more later.

SHE MARRIED FINALLY!!

My good friend Kristin from high school finally got married last night to her long time friend and sweet heart Jake Johnson. She looked so wonderful and I couldnt be happier for her. I was also able to help cater the wedding and it was so much fun. Thanks Kristin for letting me help. Congrats to you and Jake.

The cake topper is of the bride catching the groom. If you knew this couple you would understand it so much better. Also the cake was shaped as a heart because Kristin's wedding ring is heart shaped.

JOB INTERVIEW!!

Finally something good has come out of all my applications and Resumes that I have sent out. Next Thursday Nov 20th at 10am I have an interview with Rio Salado College in their finacial Aid department. It should be good. Keep your prayers coming I feel it working.

STILL LOOKING.....

So I have been looking for a new job for about a month and still having no luck. To my surprisment there are alot of places hiring but I just cant get in to have an interview. Its getting really hard to stay at the bank. At times I just want to quit and keep looking for a job but I cant afford to do that right now. So if any of you know of any place that is hiring for a receptionist, or whatever please let me know. I want to try to stay away from banking for now but if anyone knows of an in at a bank I will take it.

UTAH TRIP!!

So this past weekend I went to Utah to see some family and friends. It was so nice to be there again and I hate having to come home. It was a busy weekend but I got everything done that I want to do and some more. I got in on Friday night and my grandma took me to my brother's house so I could hang out with them for Halloween. I was able to go trick or treating with them and then I went to Jeff Olson's Halloween party with them. The next day I was able to go see Amber and Cody and their new baby boy Chandler. He was so cute I was so excited to go see my "nephew". That night I was able to go to my friend Kim's suprise baby shower. She moved to Texas when she got married and was in town for her baby blessing so her mom threw her a baby shower. It was so great to see her again and to have all us girls from Utah together again.
